Whats Your Favourite Pizza?

Whats is Your Favourite Pizza?, Well Mine Is The M&S Pizzas Because They Are Soo Good!!!. I Remember When I was In 8th Grade (I am In College, For Those Who Care), I Made Pizza and It was Cheese Pizza (Which is My Favourite With Herbs!!!), And Somehow It Was The Best Pizza In The Class Partly Because it had Herbs But Mostly Mine Was Cooked Good and Thats The Key, If you don’t Make Your Pizza Tast Good Then Its Not Really Gonna Be Good For The Community so You Always Need To Make It Nice Then You Will Get The Good Grade In Your Class!!!!!. Also Its Cheaper To Make Your Name Instead Of Buying.

 

How To Cook Your Own Pizza:

 

Base

 

150g – Strong Bread Flour

15g – Solid Spread/Margarine

1/2 – TSP (Table Spoon) Dried Yeast

Pinch – Salt

90 MIL – Water

 

Toppings

 

Small Tin Chopped Tomatoes

1 Small Onion

75g Well Flavoured Cheese

Pinch Mixed Herbs, Oregano etc

 

2x 50g From The Following List Below:

Ham

Pepperoni

Tuna

any Coloured Pepper

Mushrooms

Pinapple’s etc……….

 

Method

 

1. Light The Oven Gas Mark 6, 200 Degrise Centergrade.

2. Lightly Grease a Bakeing Tray.

3. Put The Flour, Yeast, Salt & Margarine into a Mixing Bowl.

4. Rub The Fat Into The Flour Until The Mixture Looks Like Breadcrumbs.

5. Add The Water and Mix to a Soft Dough With a Wooden Spoon.

6. Turn Out Onto a Lightly Floured Surface abd KNEAD for 10 Mins Or Until The Dough Is Elasticy.

7. Roll The Dough Into a 20cm Circle Place On a Baking Tray.

8. Allow The Dough To Rise or PROVE for About 1/2 an Hour In a Warm Place.

9. Prepare Toppings – Chop and Slice Vegitables and Grate Cheese.

10. Spread Tomato Topping Over Base, Drain If Using Tinned Tomatoes

11. Arrange Toppings Neatly

12. Cover Toppings Evenly With Cheese, Sprickle With Herbs

13. Bake For 20 – 25 Mins Or Until The Cheese Is Starting To Brown

14. Take Out The Oven and Let It Cool

15. Enjoy!!!!
